Roat Pkz Combat Formula Update (02/11/17)

Hey mates, just a small update letting you know that I've updated all the combat formulas in-game, these are only the formulas that calculate if you actually hit on your player or not (accuracy), your current max hit will not be affected. I did a lot of tests on OSRS with bonuses & levels and I've gotten it so close that I was able to predict how often you would hit your opponent based on your levels/bonuses and your opponents level/bonuses within 2-4% range (out of 100+ hits sample), so I could set up a fight between 2 players with x levels and x bonuses and say player1 will hit player2 68% of the time and it'd always be very close.

Although this should be very close to OSRS we can adjust it to make bonuses even more important than levels, which will make it more skill based (switches more important).
