  3. WILDERNESS REJUVENATION SUGGESTIONS I understand the new client is supposed to be coming soon, but at the current point in time, the deep wilderness is completely dead. Nobody enters the RoatPkz deep wilderness as there is no incentives to. We need to revamp the wilderness as a whole and give people incentives to take the risk to enter the deep wilderness, instead of just staying in the safety of Edgeville. I just want to hear peoples feedback on these ideas, I don't want/expect the developers to start trying to create anything like this for the time being, I just want them to finish the new client. - I suggest adding a scaled system of PKP rewards, or possibly even the chance of PK Emblems for kills on players that venture into the deep wilderness. 1-30 Wilderness - 4PKP per kill (1:100 chance of Emblem) 31-46 Wilderness - 8PKP per kill (1:30 chance of Emblem) 47+ Wilderness - 12PKP per kill (1:10 chance of Emblem) The scaling of PKP rewards for the level of wilderness you PKed your opponent in, could be scaled further to benefit Donators and Super Donators more (e.i. 20PKP for Super Donators instead of 12PKP) Emblems could even be sold to a special new shop or traded in for PKP amounts depending on the tier of the emblem. Obviously this may give people an incentive to farm PKP, but if a system is implemented to detect farming it would really help the rejuvenation of the deeper wilderness. - Mage Arena is the only reason people go to Mage Bank, however it is next to impossible to kill anyone PVMing there in the actual arena, it may aswell be a safe minigame. The Chaos Elemental has a great drop table, but it is too difficult to kill for normal players to efficiently kill the Chaos Ele for the possibility at a 1:700 drop, in my opinion, the Chaos Ele should either be nerfed (no teleportation effect) OR the drop rate lowered. Many people do not even know that there is a spawn of Barrows Brothers around the Frozen Waste Plateau, this should be advertised more for new players trying to get a gear upgrade from the standard spawn kits. - What I suggest: Standard NPC A low level NPC that could be killed for small PKP rewards (Hill Giant for example) Demi-Boss NPC A medium-higher leveled NPC that can be killed for reasonable loot (Dark Beast for example) Boss NPC A high leveled NPC that can be killed for a chance at rare items (Venenatis for example) Fishing Spot A spot for people to fish high-level food (Karam, Anglers) with the possibility of random PKP item loots

  4. It's supposed to be a spawn server. I don't know why everyone is trying to convert this into OS-S. Give it a month and ppl will start asking if the DDS should be added to the PKP shop or if u gotta sacrifice 1k pkp for spellbooks. These are basic items. The only pricing I agree with would be the Godswords, but even still that should be like 1.5k tops.

  5. Everyone with the complaint that they are removing basic items is HILARIOUS. A crystal shield is far from a basic item. It is an insane shield, one of the best in the game whip = 100 pkp, <12 kills based on killstreak and you'll have one. It also makes risk fighting more fun being able to risk a whip. The people complaining are the ones who sit in mystic all day in a crystal shield and 3 way to whip and hit 40s while no one is able to hit on their crystal shield.

  7. Keep in mind, this is just a discussion and I want some of your thoughts, none of this is happening yet. This is controversial, but a lot of players and I think items such as godswords, furies, whips, crystal equipment should not be spawnable and should be worth PKP, but nothing insane. 500 PKP 500 PKP 100 PKP 100 PKP 250 PKP 750 PKP 2000 PKP ____________________________________________________________ Another change in price should be Barrows, as of right now it's dirt cheap and really makes killing Barrows NPC's super irrelevant. Dharok's: Current Set is worth 200 PKP, should be changed changed to 1000 PKP per set. Ahrim's: Current set is worth 150 PKP, should be changed to 750 PKP per set. Karils: Current Set is worth 100 PKP, should be changed changed to 500 PKP per set. Veracs: Current Set is worth 100 PKP, should be changed changed to 500 PKP per set. Guthans: Current Set is worth 100 PKP, should be changed changed to 500 PKP per set. Torags: Current Set is worth 100 PKP, should be changed changed to 500 PKP per set. Let me know how you guys would feel *if* this were to be an actual update.

  12. Yep, that's pretty much sums up what Gretar thinks of all your topics mate, keep trying. Huh??? It's a shitty helm that most people will select Neitiznot over it, or Torag's if def is an issue. Who would pay for it? Still think whip (as primary weapon) should be free though, you can risk a tent. Fury is basic, you can risk torture. D boots are basic, you can risk prims. Don't tell me maxed accounts should be using zerker gear and RS welfare jewellery. Or just use the in-game poll system that was made for this type of stuff

  13. Add better ways to make pkp then sure. Right now the only way to make decent money is duel/lotto/giveaways. Donor island and battle mages are way to slow to be a viable earning method.

  17. Agree with dharok/barrows price change. Agree godswords should be 1k+ and 2k for zgs and fix dds. I personally would like the whip/fury/dboots to cost pkt but can imagine it having a negative effect on the game. I beleive that a lot of players (eg: edge pkers) play the server instead of other, more osrs like servers, because some of these items are spawnable.

  22. anglers should be more expensive or taken out of shop and made only obtainable at wilderness fishing spots good suggestions i just hope the bosses arent disgustingly arabic (custom boss like a roat pkz champ) and badly coded edit: anglers would be noted for all players, normal players get 5 anglers per catch, normal donator 10, super donator 20.. ? ? then ima come fuck u up n take ur anglers
