Another possible way to include then in huge packages at a rare rate ofc and make it tradable. or simply have it in the pkp store at a certain price? Have multiple scrolls (broken as such) then put say 3 of the broken scrolls together to make either of the prayer scrolls of your choice, scroll can be from Packages, npcs, vote store achievements etc possibly if that makes sense.
