1st of all i wasnt sure wer to put this or even post it but it feels right in my head @John hey m8 i bet ur forums is ez to moderate these days

so i was disscusing my plans of wen i get staff and i end up comin up with a genious idea on how to motivate staff activity

i think we staff shud get payed $1 per hour so like for example like if we do say 150 hours non afk playtime in a month then at the end we wud get $150

srsly this wud be great for some staff like @Yoobs is only 13 age or myb less idk i heard on yell 1 time but they banned him for it

@Smackd hey m8 with ur activeness u cud make more money from playin roatz than ARUN does working @McDonaldCheeseburger

and no i am not back on crack so b4 u say no @Gretar consider my alternative idea: i think giv them 500pkp for each hour so if 150 hours end of month thats 75k pkt also if they do more than 150 hours in a month tell them "fak off ks amk sharmota its capped at 65k" but this wud apply only to "proper" staff cos i dont consider ss as staff lmfao "trial mod", sorry @Bind U Dead no disrespect to u ur doing a great job u hang in there brother cos u will be able to buy all the  in our village if this works out
