Ingame name changing

Hello, so i know this has been suggested before, but i would like to resuggest this feature cause 1. this would be a great pkp sink and would balance the pkp in the community abit more.

would cost like about 2-3k pkp (?) and u could do it once a month, basically just on Runescape 2007 where u would need to buy a bond which would cost 2-3m to change ur name.

This is for people that has donator status and alot of kills on a account and regret choosing that name, this will prevent from them having to remake their account, now with the addition of the CAPS lock letters in ur name it would be a really good addition imo.

Already been brought up Gretar says no to it because he feels people who break the rules a lot will just make a new name and we won't know who's who.

IMO if it has to be done, it would have to be done properly, like with the hovers for the old name on the friendlist. Otherwise if you don't log on for a few weeks you have no idea who is who. But that hover shit looks annoying as fuck. 

Think of not having this feature as a punishment for picking a crummy username in the first place. There's nothing wrong with making an alt, people do it daily already, sometimes multiple times a day. And you can just transfer your items/PKP across. Losing your donator rank and having to re-buy it is simply another reason for Gretar NOT to add this update. GG
