Thank you everyone! Gz @JBLIND even though that came as a surprise its 200% deserved. About the other SS, you guys need to give them a chance first, not playing for a long time shouldn't be a reason to not get SS- after all all of these guys applied because they want to support RoatPkz & make it better(in their free time!) Also you should not judge people on their past toxicity, some players from the staff team, including me(probably the most toxic) had our bad behaviour on RoatPkz yellchat/forums/ingame etc, as the game can work on our nerves sometimes. When all of us applied we knew what we were getting into and needed to fix up if we wanted to be part of the staff team. SS come and go and are always replaceble, so give everyone a chance and dont judge them on the player they used to be. Thanks again! Roat Pkz Updates! Hello fellas, a lot of exciting updates and much needed updates have happened in the past few days! Dragon Thrownaxe!The Dragon thrownaxe has been added to the Bounty Hunter shop for 15 BHP, they're always lost after use. They're a very good special attack weapon since it's an instant attack, similar to the granite maul. New Custom Kit Interface!A brand new custom kit interface has been added in-game, you can find it in the pre-made kits interface or by doing ::kits. It's very very good, probably the best of all time and has many neat features, you can edit/rename/overwrite your kits, change levels, change inventory and equipment levels along with the magic book all from the interface. You can also send a custom kit to other players and they can either save it to their kits or just load it, similar to how the cc kits use to work. New In-Game Drop Table!An in-game drop table has been added and you can access it with ::droptable. It includes all important monsters in-game and shows you the item quanity/rate and PKP price. You can also search for a specific item and it will link you to that drop table and tick the 'My Rates' which will show you the drop rates based on your vote & donator drop bonus. Other Updates - The walking forward/backward pathing issue is being debugged as we speak, staff/ss will now be able to dump walking data after it happens so I can fix it (estimate fix within few days)! - A bug where you couldn't attack a player upon login has been fixed. - A bug where poisoned arrows poisoned opponent even if using melee has been fixed. - Dragon Hunters Crossbow now has a 30% damage & accuracy boost on Dragons (use to be 10%). Thanks and a lot more in the works (more to come)!

1. yes I will probably re-do cw in 2-6 months. 2. yes this is a great idea I think, every 1/2 hours a new attack style gives u 2x pkp.

Bob and I were the two SS mean't to be promoted. He was told he'd be demoted if he didn't at some point go for moderator. I tried talking him into it, to no avail. Funny way of saying you picked the people that were the least handicapped.

This is a valid point, I agree. However as long as we have a strong Staff Team as it stands it's not exactly vital to promote people in the intention of them becoming a Moderator. Server Supports can be easily replaced if need be, no disrespect to any of the current ones of course. Additionally, the choices we had to chose from, as you probably can imagine were not of the highest standard but from what we chose we feel should perform well and if not they'll just be removed.

1. I'm not sure how I feel about this one myself but, since Castle Wars seems like it's not coming back out till 2030, maybe making mini-game points tradeable wouldn't be so bad? 2. Pure PKing events. By this I mean 1 Defense specifically. Nowadays as I'm sure most of the server knows, pure pking is dead, and the only times pures are out, they're outnumbered by voiders 5 to 1. I'd suggest that every once in a while, there's a server event for 30mins-1hr where 1 defense pking give you 1.5x or 2x the normal pkp you'd usually get. you could even do this with other styles of pking or account builds to help diversify the pking.

Gretar should not be promoting people that do not have the general respect of the community. Staff members are people with authority, and in order for that authority to be adhered to, there needs to be a certain level of mutual respect (which there isn't). The staff literally confirmed that the people promoted were the least handicapped, out of a larger group of handicaps. There is not point in promoting people that have a 0% chance of ever being granted Moderator status. Don't try to downplay issues that affect the player base, just because it doesn't affect ::duel. @JBLIND

Legit everytime a promotion topic comes out it's just full of "who is this" give it a month they'll be wanting you as mod Want rag?

Killbob never wanted Moderator and he was demoted because of it. Mike isn't ready for mod.

I just don't see the point in promoting people that are evidently never going to achieve a Moderator rank.
