The 2026 Halloween Event is now live!
The veil between worlds grows thin... Witches are rising from the Wilderness soil, a Sanctuary Ghost
haunts the wild every 3 hours, and three brand-new pumpkins are waiting to be opened.
Type ::hween in-game to begin. The event runs until December 10.
In This Event
🧹 Witches - dig them up in the Wilderness and defeat them for Halloween Tokens
Sanctuary Ghost - a new Wilderness boss every 3 hours (::ghost)
H'ween Mask Scythe - the top prize, found in the Gold Pumpkin
Infernal Cape of Souls - found in the Silver Pumpkin
Pumpkin Slayer Helmet - found in the Bronze Pumpkin

Halloween Home
The home area has been taken over by the spirits, and things have gotten spooky! 👻
Type ::hween in-game to get there.
Speak to the Mysterious Stranger, who will explain everything you need to know about the event.
Spooky Portal
Step through the Spooky Portal next to the Mysterious Stranger to reach the event area.
Once you arrive, run a little west and get ready to dig!
⚠️ Caution: the event area is in level 31-37 single-way Wilderness! ⚠️
Spade
Take out a spade in the event area and start digging.
A Witch will rise from her grave, ready to fight!
Only one Witch can fight you at a time, so finish her off before you dig again.
Witches
Three Witches haunt the event area, each with her own spell:
Purple casts Water Blast, Orange casts Fire Blast and Green casts Earth Blast.
Every Witch drops 50-300 Halloween Tokens, plus a chance at the rare drops below.

Pet Witch (1/7,000), Halloween Ring (1/5,000), 5-10 Gold Pumpkins (1/5,000),
Gold Pumpkin (1/2,000), 5,000 Tokens (1/1,000), Silver Pumpkin (1/500) & Bronze Pumpkin (1/100)
Witches can also be your Slayer task: read a Halloween Slayer Scroll to replace your task with 15-50 Witches.
Resurrection Shovel
Carry the Resurrection Shovel while hunting Witches to automatically dig again after each kill.
It comes with 100 charges, and each Witch it raises uses 1 charge.
Use a Resurrection Shovel on another one to add +100 charges. You can toggle the auto-dig on and off.
The shovel can be bought from the Mysterious Stranger for 3,000 Halloween Tokens.
Halloween Ring
The Halloween Ring is a rare Witch drop, and it works while worn or kept in your inventory.
It automatically picks up your Witch and Sanctuary Ghost drops, and gives 15% better drop rates from Witches.
It also protects you from the Sanctuary Ghost's falling pumpkins.
The ring can be dismantled into 25 Gold Pumpkins.
Jar of Dark Magic
The Jar of Dark Magic can be bought from the Dark Soulkeeper at ::hween for 5,000 PKP.
While it's in your inventory, every Witch you kill stores a soul inside the jar.
For every 10 souls you gain +0.1% accuracy and damage against Witches and the Sanctuary Ghost.
This stacks with your other boosts, up to a maximum of 20% (2,000 souls).
The jar is never lost on death, but if you die in the Wilderness while carrying it, the dark claims 25 souls (never below 0).
Halloween Tokens
Defeat Witches, fight the Sanctuary Ghost or earn PvP kills during the event to collect Halloween Tokens!
Longer PvP fights reward more tokens.
Every Witch kill also counts towards a server-wide goal. Once it's reached, tokens are doubled for 1 hour for everyone!
Every few minutes, pumpkins are thrown across the event area. Grab them before someone else does!
Rewards
Once you've collected enough tokens, head back to ::hween and pick Rewards on the Mysterious Stranger.
Start with the Grim Reaper Outfit: buying it completes the event and unlocks the other rewards.
If you're looking for a recommendation, the Gold Pumpkin is the one you won't want to miss!

The Gold Pumpkin contains a range of high-tier rewards, including the new H'ween Mask Scythe!
It's a limited 2026 Halloween Event item with a PKP value of 250M+, making it the top reward of this year's event.
H'ween Mask Scythe
The H'ween Mask Scythe comes with a unique Halloween design, and you can recolor it between red, green and blue.
It boosts your melee accuracy and damage by 5%, and every attack against a monster strikes four times, regardless of its size.
Silver Pumpkin
The Silver Pumpkin contains a variety of valuable rewards, including the new Infernal Cape of Souls!
It's a limited 2026 Halloween Event item with a PKP value of 50M+.
Infernal Cape of Souls
The Infernal Cape of Souls is a ghostly white take on the Infernal cape, and it glows with lost souls while worn.
It has the same stats as the Infernal cape, but it's tradeable and kept on death.
Right-click it while worn to toggle the souls effect.
Bronze Pumpkin
The Bronze Pumpkin is packed with rewards, including the new Pumpkin Slayer Helmet!
It's a limited 2026 Halloween Event item with a PKP value of 25M+.
Pumpkin Slayer Helmet
The Pumpkin Slayer Helmet works as an imbued Slayer helmet, with no Slayer level needed.
You can check your task and teleport with it, just like a normal Slayer helmet.
It's tradeable, but kept on death, like the Easter Slayer Helmet.

Want to earn tokens while you're away? Search a pile of candy at home and reap the rewards.
You'll need to have ::voted on RuneLocus in the last 12 hours to search it.
Skilling For Tokens
If PvM isn't your thing, you can mine in the event area for Halloween Tokens instead!
Your pickaxe upgrades as you collect more tokens. Just remember, it's the Wilderness, so you can always be attacked.
Sanctuary Ghost
A Sanctuary Ghost will now appear in the Wilderness every 3 hours! 👻
It spawns at a random Wilderness location. You can teleport to it using ::ghost!
It switches between melee, Crumble Undead and ranged attacks, and grows stronger with every player who joins the fight.
Watch out for its pumpkin rain: pumpkins fall from the sky and hit anyone standing where they land.
The Halloween Ring keeps you safe, and every fallen pumpkin stays on the ground for anyone to grab!
Everyone who fights it is rewarded based on their damage: Halloween Tokens, or 3-5 Gold Pumpkins for 3,500+ damage.

Event Pets
You can now obtain two new Halloween pets!
Pet Sanctuary Ghost - a 1/200 chance for everyone who deals 500+ damage to the Sanctuary Ghost.
Pet Witch - a rare 1/7,000 drop from Witches, and she can switch between orange, purple and green.
Both pets are tradeable and exclusive to the 2026 Halloween Event!
Base Reward
The Grim Reaper Outfit is a cosmetic reward obtained by completing the Halloween Event.
It comes with a hood, top, bottoms and gloves, giving you a full set to show off after finishing the event.
Temporary Collection Log
Once again, we are introducing a temporary collection log for this event. Each pumpkin has its own log.
It doesn't count towards hiscores, but it will help you keep track of your earnings!
